What is meditation?  Is meditation for me? I can’t quiet my mind, can I learn to meditate?  Join Kathleen Wright, RYT500 for a gentle yoga class including an introduction to meditation.  She will help guide you through your apprehensions of what meditation is and how it can help improve your life.  No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
