Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. You will rest comfortably in Savasana, while being led through an accessible, systematic meditation. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation, while bringing inner awareness. The stages of body scan and breath awareness are practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.This practice is open to everyone, no yoga experience necessary.
